What is the cancellation or change of service time policy?
Please call us at least 4 hours before the scheduled service time to cancel or change any details in your service plan.
How soon can I book my services
You can book your services as soon as same day. The longest turn around time would be next day if services are needed as soon as possible. We can also schedule services days, weeks, or months in advance.
What should I expect when ChunkJunk arrives?
Expect a phone call with a description of who will be arrive to your home and a time frame for arrival. We ask that you allow us a +- 30 minute time frame to allow flexibility for external transportation factors.
What information do you need for large items?
Please share with us what the item is and an estimate of the size and weight of the item.
Do you offer yard clean up and storm clean up services?
Yes! We can remove anything from fallen trees to construction debris!
